Easy like a sunday morning

Heres a pic of my homemade pikelets - a little bit fancy?! too much trouble? 5 mins is all you need & voila, you have yourself an easy sunday morning...
Combine:
1x handful of cashews
1x egg
1x large banana
a dash of milk/water, I use coconut milk as its so creamy.
Blend in the nutri bullet until smooth and pour batter onto the fry.
Top with greek yogurt/coconut yogurt, and frozen/fresh berries, yumo!
Makes around 8 small pikelets. Double the quantities if need be. xx
